Apple Tree Properties is owned and run by us, Jackie and Andy, together with our son, Gareth. We are amongst a growing number of British who have travelled across Europe to find a better quality of life. We now live in Bulgaria, in a small village about 20 minutes' drive from the Black Sea. We love the relaxed lifestyle, the long, sunny summers, and the certain knowledge that we have made some excellent investments.

Our solicitor acts on YOUR behalf and checks all documents and ownership details carefully. (Although our solicitor is not British herself, she is married to an Englishman and understands British customs and values.)
