Payment Schedule

A deposit of 1000 Euro is required to reserve an apartment. There are two payment plans.

Payment plan 1:
First installment 30% - September/October 2008
Second installment 30% - June 2009
Third installment 30% - March 2010
Final installment 10% - September 2010

Payment plan 2:
First installment of 30% - September/October or as agreed with developer
Second installment of 30% - April 2009
Third installment of 20% - November 2009
Fourth installment of 10% - June, 2010
Final fifth installment of 10% - September 2010

Payment plan 3:
First installment of 90% - September/October 2008
Second installment of 10% - September 2010
