Boutique Residence is a first class complex situated in one of the most prestigious regions in Varna, known as Trakata. It is very close to the exquisite Palace of Evksinograd and only about one kilometre from St. Konstantin and Elena resort.

St. Konstantin and Elena resort is the oldest Bulgarian sea resort and was established in 1908. It is a very attractive and popular holiday destination, with many trees, both deciduous and conifer trees: cypress, fir-trees, cedars and many others. St Konstantin is a well-established spa resort and many of the mineral springs are used for outdoor swimming pools, making the water temperature in the pools warm and comfortable. There is an excellent selection of hotels, bars and restaurants all over the resort and many sports facilities such as tennis, volley ball, mini-golf, surfing or water skiing. The beach is exceptionally beautiful, with soft golden sand and little rivulets carving their way along the beach.
