Before you can build on a plot of land it must be regulated, which means that the authorities must give
permission for it to be used for development. Land that is shown on this site as 'ready to build' has already
been regulated and approved for building purposes.
Unregulated land is considered to be agricultural land. Before this type of land is used for building, it must be regulated. It is usually quite easy to get the land regulated unless it is in a conservation area or an area that is considered to be important for agriculture.
