Just a few minutes away by car is the attractive sea-side of Kavarna. This chique resort, with its pretty, sheltered beach and towering cliffs, will soon have a luxurious new yachting marina. Ferries will run between the marina and the golf courses.

Kaliakria comprises an excellent mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments, plus sumptuous 3- and 4-bedroom maisonettes. Rental Income

The potential rental income for apartments in the Kavarna area is shown in the following table. These figures are estimates of the rent that can be charged per week (in EUR) during the low and high seasons. At the moment, Kavarna is not well known as an international tourist destination, but this is certain to change, due to the opening of PGA golf courses and the planned construction of a yachting marina. Although rental rates will be fairly moderate at the moment, the rental income will increase dramatically over the next few years.
