Spectacular Cliffs at Kavarna
July Morning comprises a mix of studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments and maisonettes (duplex apartments). All the homes here are completely furnished in a modern and attractive style. Each apartment has a balcony or a terrace. Most of the apartments have views of the sea and the swimming pool. The fabulous outdoor 'Infinity Pool' gives the illusion that the pool and the sky are joined. When you are in the pool it seems as if you can carry on swimming straight into the sky.
The village will eventually cover over 95,000 square metres of land. The two buildings in Phase 1 of July Morning are completely finished and some apartments are already in use.
