The holiday village is just a few minutes from the sea at Sunny Beach, which is the most popular sea-side resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The picturesque and historic town of Nessebar is also only a few minutes away. There is a special shuttle bus that runs between Sunny Day 6 and the centre of Sunny Beach resort.
Sunny Day 6 offers an excellent range of facilities including a gymnasium, tennis court, multi-sports courts, mini-golf, shops and six swimming pools. Entry to Sunny Day 6 is strictly controlled, so the gardens and leisure facilities offer a safe place for children to play. All the apartments at Sunny Day 6 have lovely views of the surrounding countryside or the gardens and leisure facilities.
Sunny Day 6 has 44 apartment buildings, each with 4 storeys. The complex is very popular with investors from all over the world, and in particular from Russia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. It is being built in two phases. Phase 1 is already complete and, although most of the apartments in this section have been sold, there is still an opportunity to buy one of the few remaining units. Phase 2 is currently being constructed and will be completed during 2012. There is still an excellent choice of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments of various sizes in Phase 2.

Special Payment Plans for Phase 1
Special one year and two year payment plans are available for the remaining apartments in Phase 1. You can use your apartment as soon as you have paid the first instalment and the additional costs shown below. You don't have to wait until you have paid all the instalments before having a holiday, renting the apartment out, or even living there full time.
Additional Costs for Purchase and Maintenance of an Apartment
In addition to the price of an apartment, the developers of Sunny Day 6 require the following payments:
- € 1000 - preparation and issuance of notarized deeds
- € 240 - opening of an electricity account
- € 105 - advanced payment of water & electricity
- € 480 - annual maintenance fee
- € 500 - air conditioner (payable with the first instalment)
