Sunny Day 5 is a small holiday complex situated just a few minutes from the sea at Sunny Beach resort.
Sunny Day 5 comprises eight modern residential buildings with a total of 300 apartments, and covers an area of 10,000 sq.m. Sunny Day 5 offers all the facilities that you need for a great holiday. There is a swimming pool with a pool bar, a children's play area, plus a restaurant and shops.
If you want to spend the day down at the beach, or to visit some of the other resorts, you can have your wish. The developers of Sunny Day 5 will run free shuttle services between Sunny Day 5, the resort of Sunny Beach, Burgas airport, and various other holiday attractions in the area.
The apartments at Sunny Day 5 are completed, so you will be able to use your apartment straight away.
Although most of the apartments at Sunny Day 5 have already been sold, there is still a chance to own a studio or one-bedroom apartment at this bargain-priced complex.
There are 3 Payment Plans available
- Pay in 2 instalments. The apartment can be used after 31st of May, 2010.
The compulsory fees are: - Preparation of notary documents - 1000 EUR
- Opening of electricity account - 240 EUR
- Advanced payment of water & electricity services - 105 EUR
- Maintenance fee - 480 EUR
- Pay in 12 instalments. Payments to be made every month for one year.
Apartment may be used after paying the first instalment and all of the following compulsory fees: - Preparation of notary documents - 1000 EUR
- Opening of electricity account - 240 EUR
- Advanced payment of water & electricity services - 105 EUR
- Maintenance fee - 480 EUR
The reservation fee is deductible from the 5th instalment.
The final 3 instalments are payable only in cash. - Pay in 8 instalments. Payments to be made every two months for two years.
Purchase of a furniture pack is obligatory
Apartment may be used after the second instalment and after payment of the compulsory fees: - Preparation of notary documents - 1000 EUR
- Opening of electricity account - 240 EUR
- Advanced payment of water & electricity services - 105 EUR
- Maintenance fee - 480 EUR
The reservation fee is deductible from the 5th instalment.
The 7th and 8th instalments are payable only in cash.
Please note that the fee of 1000 EUR does not include the amount of the stamp fees.
Shops are sold at 960 EUR per sq.m. with VAT included. Annual Maintenance Fee is 200 EUR.
