This is a large, three-storey house situated in a friendly village, near the municipal town of Avren. The village is becoming very popular with British purchasers and there are already several permanent British residents. There is a nursery, a post office, a village store and a bar/restaurant. There is even an English hairdresser in the village! There is a regular bus service to Avren and Varna. The lovely beaches at Kamchia and Shkorpilovtsi are only about 15 minutes' drive away.
