There are four apartment buildings at Hills and Sea. Each building offers a total of 16 holiday homes - consists of f3 studios, 8 one bedroom and 3 two bedroom apartments, plus 2 fabulous penthouse apartments. The apartments are designed in a Mediterranean style. They all have spacious balconies with lovely views of the sea, pool or gardens. The price of some apartments includes furniture.
The living rooms and bedrooms at Hills and Sea have laminate floor coverings and air conditioning/heating. The windows and patio doors are double glazed. The bathrooms are finished with the stylish ceramic tiles and include a shower cabin, basin and toilet. With some apartments there is an option to upgrade the bathroom to include a jacuzzi. The balconies have granite floors and stainless steel railings.
The famous and luxurious resort of Albena is just 4 km from Hills and Sea. Albena offers a long, sandy beach with natural sand dunes and calm seas with clear water. There are many restaurants, bars and café at Albena, as well as more active entertainment such as wind-surfing, yachting, water-skiing and sky-diving. Paint-ball, Jeep safaris and horse riding are also available in the local area. Three PGA golf courses are situated within a few minutes' drive of Hills and Sea and there are plans to build a fourth golf course very close by.
