The area around Veliko Tarnovo is excellent for rural tourism, being close to many places of interest and within a short drive of the Balkan mountains and the cultural tourist resort of Arbanasi. This complex could provide an excellent all year income as well as a beautiful home.
The first residential building is a converted cattle shed which offers 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room and a huge living room with a wooden gallery that leads to a very large balcony. All the rooms have exposed beans and original stone floors. In the living room, a cosy fireplace adds another welcoming touch to the property. Currently this building is used as a self-contained 2 bedroom cottage. It could be used as living accommodation for the owners, or could be rearranged to provide 3 or 4 hotel rooms.
The second house offers a kitchen, a dining room with a fireplace, a living room, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. It has exposed beams and traditional stone floors. Again, this property could be used either as a self-contained cottage or as several hotel rooms.
The third house offers an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The fourth house is still being renovated. When the renovations are complete it will offer spacious accommodation. On the ground floor there will be a large kitchen, a dining area (which will be open during summer, but enclosed during winter), a utility room, two toilets and a storage room. An internal staircase will lead to the second floor, which will have 3 double bedrooms, two shower rooms and two separate toilets. The completion work on this building is included in the price. If you prefer, you can pay a lower price for the complex and complete the work yourself.
There is another building which offers a garage and workshop, a stable, plus storage facilities. If required, this building could be renovated to provide even more living space.
