The hotel is situated mid-way between the popular sea-side town of Balchik and the beach resort of Albena (which is just 2 km away). The hotel is located on the main road and is easily accessed by car or by bus. There is ample parking for approximately 12 cars.
The hotel has a panoramic view towards the Black Sea from 4 floors, each of which have balconies large enough for sun-loungers. There are 6 apartments which can each take 4 beds, and 8 double rooms which can each hold 3 beds. All rooms have an en-suite toilet and shower.
Each room has a TV, a telephone and a mini-bar. The rooms also have an air-conditioner that can keep you cool in the long hot summers, and can be used as a heater in the cooler months.
The hotel was built in 2003 and has a restaurant on the ground floor with space for around 40 guests. The bar area provides access to a large kitchen and a separate food-preparation area which is well equipped with fridges, freezers and cooking apparatus.
A terraced area provides seating for an additional 50 guests for al-fresco dining in the warm summer evenings, and there is a large barbeque as well.
