St. Vlad is a complex of 50 individual, freehold villas, each with a private garden and off-street parking space. Situated in an untouched and undiscovered part of the Black Sea coast, near Obzor, this wooded community is ideal for people who are looking for the calmness and serenity of a small village and who want to be close to the beautiful beaches.
Each house at St. Vlad has 2 bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living room with a sunny kitchen/dining area and sliding doors that open on to the veranda. There are two large and airy bedrooms and a bathroom.
Floor plan of 2-bedroom bungalow
St. Vlad is situated some 20 minutes' drive from Sunny Beach resort (15 miles away), 45 miles south of Varna and 35 miles north of Burgas. It is ideally placed to take advantage of cheap flights to both of the coastal airports. St. Vlad is set on the beautiful northern slopes of the Balkan range. This is where the mountains roll down to Cape Emine - the most eastern point of Bulgaria where the Stara Planina mountain meets the sea. Quiet, uncluttered beaches (which can still be found in this part of the Black Sea coast) are only four kilometres away.
Just three miles from St. Vlad, and just a few miles south of the town of Obzor, lies Emona village. According to the legends, Emona is the birthplace of the Thracian king, Rez, who participated in the Thracian war. The remains of a Bulgarian medieval fortress are still visible in Emona. There is also a light-house and the remains of a monastery.
This is a rare opportunity to own a beautiful villa in an unspoilt coastal forest area.
The beautiful homes at St. Vlad can be supplied furnished if required. You can choose from a selection of furniture packages.
We sell properties at St. Vlad at the lowest price offered by the developer. Unlike some other agencies, Apple Tree Properties do not charge you any commission when you buy a home at St. Vlad.
