Sunshine & Love has a unique design which is both stylish and modern. It offers 77 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, each with its own parking space. Apartments range in size from 46 sq.m to a vast 240 sq.m. Many of the apartments at the complex have large balconies, some of which provide views in several directions, including lovely views of the sea.
Kranevo is a small and friendly resort that is built on the site of a Roman fort. It is situated between the larger resorts of Golden Sands and Albena, and is only 25 kilometres from Varna International Airport. The long, curving beach of Kranevo has soft, pale sand and calm sea waters. There is a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops, but the resort manages to maintain its ethnic appeal and is very popular with locals as well as international tourists. The sea-front restaurants provide marvelous views across the Black Sea and the extensive menus include freshly-caught fish and local produce
So far, Kranevo has not received the same influx of major investment that has poured into the larger resorts, and this gives the town a rustic charm of its own.
Sunshine & Love is built at the edge of a conservation zone, which means that no more buildings will be constructed between the complex and the sea. Kranevo is bound to attract a large amount of new development over the next few years, but this will take place well away from the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of the complex.
There is an annual maintenance fee of 8-10 Euro per square metre, to cover maintenance of the common areas and gardens. Maintenance and repair of individual apartments can be provided on request.
