Price reduced from 47,760 Euro

This is a well-drained plot with a gentle slope. It is situated just north of the Greek border, only 3 kilometres from the EU highway that runs from Sofia - Athens. The plot is unregulated, but as the land is on the edge of a village, you can get it regulated very easily. Electricity and water are already available near the plot. This land is in a truly spectacular location, totally surrounded by the amazing Pirin Mountains. It is an area of ecological interest, with its own microclimate. This area is the sunniest and warmest region in Bulgaria and has the least fog. There are many mineral spas within a few kilometres of the plot.

This vast plot is located at the edge of the large village called General Todorov. The village has local amenities such as bars, restaurants and shops, and a railway station. The stylish and affluent spa town of Sandanski (which is reputed to be the birth place of the gladiator, Spartacus) is only a few kilometres away. Spa tourism is expected to be one of the major growth areas in Bulgaria, and this plot would make an excellent investment. It would be suitable for building holiday or residential homes, as well as for commercial purposes such as a new hotel or a caravan and camp site.

The picturesque town of Melnik (the smallest town in Bulgaria) is only a short drive from the plot. The Greek border is approximately 10 km away and the lovely beaches of the Greek coast are about two hours' drive from the property. The famous and popular ski resort of Bansko is less than an hour's drive.

This is a wonderful opportunity to buy a large plot of land along one of the major tourist routes.
