Payment Schedule
A deposit of € 2,000 is required to reserve an apartment at Sana Spa. Two payment schedules are available with special discounts:
Payment Option 1
- 30% at Preliminary Contract
- 35% at Act 14
- 25% at Act 15
- 10% at Notary Act and transfer of ownership
Discounts of between 8% and 15% are available with this payment schedule.
Payment Option 2
- 60% at Preliminary Contract
- 30% at Act 15
- 10% at Act 16
Discounts of between 10% and 17% are available with this payment schedule.
