All three of the buildings are in need of repair. The main school is built of steel-reinforced concrete and my impression is that it is sound. The second, smaller school could be converted into a magnificent home for a large family while you are deciding what to do with the main building.
Several good business plans have been proposed to us, the most interesting of which is to run a care home for the elderly. The village mayor is keen to bring prosperity to the area and has made it clear to us that the local authority will be particularly helpful with regards to granting usage permissions.
