This is an attractive and traditional Bulgarian country house with a garden of 1,320 sq.m. It is situated close to the city of Dobrich and the seaside towns of Balchik and Kavarna. The village is fairly small but it has 2 grocery stores and there are regular buses into the city where there are many other shops, restaurants, banks and other facilities.
The house is built of bricks on a solid stone foundation and the roof is in good order. The house offers two large rooms (15 sq.m each) and a sitting area with kitchennette. At the moment there is no bathroom in the house, but we can arrange for one to be installed at a very low cost. The general condition of the property is very good, but it would need the some modernization. There is a small front garden and a larger back garden that has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. There are some small outbuildings. The property is supplied with running water and electricity. It is reached by a dirt track, which might make access difficult during the winter, but it is ideal for a holiday home.
