The stylish and affluent spa town of Sandanski (reputed to be the birth place of the gladiator, Spartacus) is only a few kilometres away. Spa towns are expected to see the highest growth in property values over the next few years and, together with its close proximity to the Greek border (which is only 15km away) and the lovely beaches of the Greek coast (about two hours' drive), this property would make an excellent investment or a fabulous place to spend your holidays. The famous and popular ski resort of Bansko is less than an hour's drive away.
