The house is situated in the beautiful Strandzha Mountains, between the city of Burgas and the Turkish border. It is in a village which dates back to the mid 18th Century. The popular and attractive seaside resorts of Primorkso and Kiten are just a short drive from the property. This part of the Black Sea coast is favoured by the rich and famous Bulgarians and many of them have second homes there.
The house has been fully restored by a professional building company. The ground floor of the house is built of solid stone. The huge stone walls are 65 cm thick, which ensures that the house is cool on hot summer days and warm through the winter. The upper level has been completely rebuilt using solid oak. Oak has also been used for all interior woodwork to ensure that the full beauty of the property will last for many years.
On the ground floor there is a large, open-plan living area with a fireplace. There is also a toilet. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, a second living room with a fitted kitchen area, plus a bathroom with a bath tub and toilet.
