The pretty seaside town of Nessebar, with its quaint and historic buildings, is also close by. The entire apartment building will be completed by the end of 2011.
Although some apartments will probably be used as holiday homes (as the population in Ravda increases dramatically during the summer) they are also perfectly suitable as permanent homes. The complex is close to shops, supermarkets, schools, medical centres and other local facilities. There is a regular bus service to the city of Burgas, where you will find museums, galleries, cinemas, theatres and many other leisure facilities.
There are apartments on 4 floors of the building. Each of the floors has 5 apartments with different sizes and shapes. The top of the building has been designed to give additional outside space and includes several large sun terraces that have panoramic views of the resort and the surrounding area. An elevator serves all the floors in the building. The front of the elevator is made of glass, giving a wonderful view of the resort as you rise up to your chosen floor. The gardens are landscaped and include parking spaces for owners. The garden is surrounded by a decorative fence to keep the gardens private.
The apartments have a hallway, a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. All apartments are fitted with air conditioning units that also provide heat in the winter. They all have at least one balcony. The hallway and bathroom have granite tiles and the living room and bedroom have laminate floor covering.
