We can arrange for the construction of an ecologically-friendly oak framed house anywhere in Bulgaria, or even in countries outside Bulgaria. Professional geologists, architects, structural designers and engineers are used to conduct a survey of the land, obtain the necessary building permits and design your individual home. The frames are constructed in Burgas, from locally-produced oak, the frame and panels are transported to your selected plot and the house is constructed within approximately 3 months.
