Wind Farms
We have several wind farm projects for sale in Bulgaria. The production of wind energy is an attractive investment for several reasons. Firstly, wind is a cheap and almost inexhaustible supply of energy. Also, the generation of wind energy does not involve fuel costs and it is not harmful to the environment. As fears of global warming increase, and the supplies of oil and gas become depleted, we need to develop environmentally friendly methods of energy production. Wind farms will have a valuable part to play in the future of our planet.
Wind farms use the energy of air movements to rotate the blades of wind turbines. The rotation of the blades creates mechanical energy, which is then converted into electricity by a generator. The electricity is fed into a transformer that connects the wind farm to the country's electricity grid. Commercial suppliers of electricity in Bulgaria are obliged (by law) to purchase the energy from wind farms at premium prices.
In Bulgaria there are several locations that are suitable for the construction of wind farms. The most favourable places are in the coastal areas and in mountainous regions where the land is at least 1,000 metres above sea level. In particular, the northern part of the Black Sea Coast (around Cape Kaliakra) and the coastal area near Burgas are ideal for wind generation.

The average life span of a wind farm is 25 years. (After this time it might be necessary to replace the equipment.) Our wind farm projects will repay your financial investment within 5 to 8 years. The income that the farms produce after that initial period will be pure profit!

Oak Framed Houses
As part of our 'green policy' we have great pleasure in offering a range of environmentally friendly oak framed houses. These amazing properties can be built within approximately 45 days and yet they will last for hundreds of years. They can be either 1-storey or 2-storey buildings and they can be constructed in many different styles. The facade can be decorated to give a similar appearance to brick-built or stone-built homes, or can be finished in oak to harmonize with the surrounding countryside. We are selling these properties well below the market prices.
A Pretty House with Stone Cladding
The green oak for these houses is sourced in Bulgaria, which is one of the most densely-forested countries in Europe. The panels are prepared in a factory near Burgas and can then be transported to any part of the world. We can offer these houses either on a supply-only basis (for you to construct yourself) or we can deliver and construct the houses for you.
