As part of our 'green policy' we have great pleasure in offering a range of environmentally friendly oak framed houses. These amazing properties can be built within approximately 45 days and yet they will last for hundreds of years. They can be either one-storey or two-storey buildings and they can be constructed in many different styles. The façade can be decorated to give a similar appearance to brick-built or stone-built homes, or can be finished in oak to harmonise with the surrounding countryside. We are selling these properties well below the market prices.
The beauty and durability of oak has been known in Britain for hundreds of years. Nobody could fail to be impressed by the magnificent English Tudor houses. These gorgeous homes have maintained their strength and beauty and are still some of the most beautiful buildings in Europe. Many modern houses have already started to fade and show signs of decay, whilst the old oak mansions still retain their glory.
Our oak framed houses have many benefits when compared to properties that are constructed with 'modern' building techniques. For example:
We can offer you a range of sizes and styles. Whether you want a small and cosy bungalow or a large family house, our construction company can build it for you. Because wood framed structures do not rely heavily on load-bearing internal walls, you will also have much more choice regarding the internal layout of the house. Here are just a few of the other home designs that you could choose.

The internal walls and ceilings are lined with plasterboard and are ready for decoration.
An oak framed house can be sited on an existing base (to replace an old house) or on a completely new base. Our team can remove the remains of an old house and install or renovate a base for you before they begin to construct the house. The cost of this preparation is not included in the price of the house.
Our construction company has already completed projects in several countries including Ireland, Germany and Bulgaria. One-storey and two-storey houses have been built using this technology. Here are some examples of current and completed projects. If you would like to visit one of our projects, we will be happy to arrange a viewing trip.
