What you need to check before choosing a real-estate agent
- Always check whether you will be expected to pay "Buyer's commission".

- Always check that VAT is included in the price shown on the agent's web site.
Some agents show prices that don't include VAT but neglect to inform their web site visitors. This means that the price you will pay will be considerably higher than the price shown.
