Now that banks are so cautious, it can be very difficult to obtain a mortgage. Bulgarian mortgages are available to Bulgarian citizens, but foreign investors have to look elsewhere for home loans. We have a selection of properties (apartments, houses and land) which are being sold with loans or special financial arrangements. The price of the property can be paid in instalments over a period of between 12 months and 15 years. (The length of the loan and the amount of interest depends on the property.)
